What are your standard dimensional tolerances?

Standard tolerances for thermoplastic profiles typically fall within ±0.015" for dimensions under 1", and ±0.030" for dimensions between 1" and 3". Precision tolerances as tight as ±0.005" are achievable depending on material stability and profile geometry.

Which materials and additives do you support?

We extrude a wide range of materials including PVC (Rigid & Flexible), HDPE, Polypropylene, ABS, and TPE. Custom additives for UV resistance, flame retardancy, antimicrobial properties, and custom color matching are available upon request.

How are tooling and die costs calculated?

Tooling costs are determined by profile complexity, number of hollow sections, and required downstream calibration. Simple dies start around $1,500, while complex multi-lumen or co-extrusion tooling can exceed $10,000. Tooling is typically a one-time investment.

What is your Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)?

Standard MOQs range from 1,000 to 5,000 linear feet depending on the material and profile weight. For high-value custom resins or complex co-extrusions, MOQs may be adjusted. We also offer prototype runs for testing and validation.

What are typical shipping and logistics lead times?

Production lead times are usually 2-4 weeks after tooling approval. Shipping times vary by destination but typically range from 3-7 business days within North America. We provide real-time tracking for all major freight shipments.

Reference Guide 01 // Tolerances

Precision is a function of geometry, wall thickness, and thermal stability. We maintain strict adherence to RMA and industry-standard tolerances, ensuring every profile integrates seamlessly into your assembly.

Dimensional variance is managed through real-time laser monitoring and controlled cooling stages, mitigating the natural shrink-rate of complex polymers.
